The outdoor pools, the beach area and some areas of the hotel are only open during the summer season (10th April - 31st October). These data may change between 7 and 15 days, depending on the weather conditions. The indoor pools are open throughout the year and are heated in winter.
The check-in to the hotel is at 03:00 pm at the earliest, the check-out at 11 am at the latest.
The room will be made available to guests on the day of arrival at 03:00 pm. Lunch on the day of arrival is included in the price.
The room must be vacated at 11:00 am on the day of departure and the hotel must be left at 12:00 am. The holiday ends with the breakfast on the day of departure. Lunch on the day of departure is not included in the price.
In the event of early arrivals, guests can already be accommodated between 08:00 am and 13:00 pm, depending on the availability of the rooms, and against payment a half-day surcharge. Alternatively, guests can stay in the lobby or at the hotel reception until 03:00 pm.
According to guests' wishes and availability of the rooms, the check-out can be done between 11:00 am and 15:00 pm against payment of a half-day surcharge.
Age calculations of children and babies
Children between 00 and 06 years = FREE OF CHARGE
Children between 07 and 12 years = 50 % DISCOUNT
Islamic hotels or conservative hotels are different from conventional hotels because of certain special features. Islamic hotels offer their services within the framework of Islamic rules. The term Islamic lifestyle refers to rooms, meals, social areas and common areas that are different from those of conventional hotels. Conservative hotels do not serve alcoholic drinks or food.
Our facility offers the services in the All Inclusive concept. International delicacies are offered for every taste. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the rich buffet of the main restaurant. The pool and beach bar at Altis Resort Hotel offers you refreshing drinks and delicious food.
On our 300-metre-long sandy beach we offer the possibility for various water sports. Motorised water sports: jet skiing, banana, parasailing. Motorless water sports: Kano water bike, surfing. Motorised water sports are offered for a fee! Motorless water sports are free. Surfing requires the submission of a certificate. Our guests without a certificate can take private lessons.
Through our daytime and nighttime animations, we offer our guests various entertainment options. Every evening the mini disco for children takes place. Depending on the programme, different animation shows (folk dance, theatre, live music, live shows, special games, etc.) are organised. All animation offers are updated weekly.
****The Miniclub of our facility is designed for children between 06 and 12 years. We do not offer any babysitting services****
In the ladies' area you will feel the renewal of your body through the special pools, jacuzzi, fitness centre, massage rooms, steam room, shock showers, Turkish bath (Hammam) and sauna.
Our facility offers 2 outdoor swimming pools, 2 indoor pools and 2 children's pools in the water park.
The men's swimming pools on an area of 1,650 m2 are 1.40 cm and 2.15 cm deep. There is 1 children's pool and a squid pool in the water park. The poolside bar in the men's area serves drinks and snacks throughout the day. The men's pools are open from 09:30 am to 06:30 pm.
